Cypressline — Pricing

Cypressline is a transactional email and SMS API for compliance-regulated industries; pricing scales by monthly delivered messages with three tiers and a usage-based add-on for SMS.

Free trial

Cypressline offers a 60-day free trial that includes up to 8,000 delivered emails and 200 delivered SMS messages, capped at 100 messages per day. Trial accounts are limited to a single sender domain and cannot use dedicated IP addresses or HIPAA-mode mailboxes. After 60 days the account is paused unless upgraded to a paid plan.

Standard plan

Standard is $39 per month, billed monthly or annually with no annual discount. It includes 25,000 delivered emails per month, two sender domains, shared IP pool, and webhook delivery events. Email support has a 24-business-hour response target. SMS is not included on Standard; it is available only as an add-on starting at the Professional plan.

Professional plan

Professional is $189 per month and includes 200,000 delivered emails per month, ten sender domains, one dedicated IP address, and the SMS add-on at $0.0072 per delivered domestic US SMS. Includes audit log export to S3 or GCS, suppression list import API, and event-stream replay for the trailing 30 days.

Regulated plan

The Regulated plan is custom-priced and required for HIPAA, FedRAMP Moderate, and FERPA workloads. Starts at $2,400 per month for 500,000 delivered emails. Includes signed BAAs, dedicated IPs in two regions, encryption-at-rest with customer-managed keys (BYOK), and 24x7 phone support. Outbound traffic to consumer ISPs in mainland China is excluded from delivery SLAs.
